| Our Model
Our model employs a systematic
approach designed to clear the obstacles that we have constructed,
both consciously and unconsciously, to breathing fully. In dismantling
these tensions in the breath, we also dismantle their corresponding
energetic disturbances, thus restoring a synchronistic balance within
the human energy system. This can have astonishing effects on physical,
emotional and spiritual health.
Our model features three
distinct levels of work
BODY:
Restorative Breathwork
We begin with a progressive sequence of breathwork sessions
designed to identify and dismantle common breathing habits as a
means of enhancing the body’s natural ability to draw in and
absorb prana. Emphasis is on reducing stress and its destructive
effects on the mind and body. This approach serves as a foundation
for learning how to consciously work with the breath in order to
restore physical health and well-being.
Sessions run approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
MIND:
Transpersonal Breathwork
This next sequence of breathwork sessions combines yogic
rhythmic breathing with specific mindfulness practices designed
to identify and dismantle more complex breathing habits. Emphasis
is on consciously working with the breath to uncover and transform
emotional blocks. This is a dynamic and integrative approach, facilitating
deep personal healing and transformation.
Sessions run approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
SPIRIT:
Advanced Transpersonal Breathwork
The inner work continues with this progressive sequence
of breathwork and meditation practices, designed to develop personal
skills in yogic meditative breathing. Emphasis is on “following”
the breath without interfering with it. This simple yet powerful
approach to breathwork awakens higher states of consciousness, fostering
spiritual growth and development. It is highly recommended for those
who are learning
to meditate as well as for those who seek to enrich an existing
meditation practice.
