Breathwork Apprenticeship Program
The Breathwork Apprenticeship is an individually based program designed to develop professional skills in facilitating Restorative and Transpersonal Breathwork. It includes a progressive series of weekend intensives, distance learning courses and a comprehensive at-home practicum. Weekend intensives will include informal lectures, group mentoring sessions that feature diverse case studies and class discussions. These weekend intensives are primarily experiential, with a high degree of hands-on work to provide the opportunity for observation and feedback. Assigned mentors will provide support and supervision for students during their practicum, with emphasis on personal and professional development.
