SELF STUDY COURSES
The
Self-Mastery Series is a progressive sequence of classes and workshops
designed to develop personal skills in Conscious Breathing.
Continuing Education (CE) Credits are granted in accordance
with Yoga Alliance standards. All hours are contact hours.
Restorative Breathwork
Series
The Restorative Breathwork Series is designed to develop foundational
skills in Conscious Breathing. Class instruction will focus on the interrelationship
between breath and energy and its dynamic influence upon consciousness
as well as physical health and well being. Students will participate
in a progressive series of mindfulness practices designed to awaken
an inner sensitivity and awareness of the subtle qualities of the
breath.
Transpersonal Breathwork
Series
The Transpersonal Breathwork Series is a unique fusion of breathing,
meditation and mindfulness practices designed to provide a comprehensive
system for personal transformation. Emphasis is on stimulating the
flow of energy through the human energy system as a means to uncover
and transform emotional blocks. Dynamics are specifically designed
for small groups to support deep inner work.
Meditation Classes
This program combines information from the Edgar Cayce readings
on meditation with the philosophy and practice of conscious breathing
to create a systematic and transformative approach. Students will
learn elegantly simple and highly practical meditation techniques.
Also included are hatha yoga sessions, attunement practices and
breathwork to prepare the body and mind for meditation.
